At landyMan Landscaping our lawn maintenance programs are all inclusive to keep your grass healthy all year round.
Mowing starts the last week of February and continues up until the first week of November.

Spring Lawn Maintenance
Our ongoing Spring Lawn Maintenance program uses all of the following services as requested by the customer to ensure your lawn is healthy and green.

• Aerating to increase porosity and percolation rates
• Power raking to remove moss, dead grass, weeds and stolons to ready a lawn for new and healthy growth
• Liming to reduce PH levels which are caused by high rainfall. This will help keep moss and weeds out of your lawn as well as keeping the grass healthy if used on a continual basis
• Fertilizing to keep grass green and healthy all year round as well as keep pest and disease problems out
• Top dressing and over seeding to create a dense healthy lawn

Summer Lawn Maintenance
All that is required for the summer period is regular lawn mowing and trimming along with fertilizing and watering. We offer these services, with exception of the watering on a weekly or bi-weekly basis depending on the level of care desired and growing habits of your lawn.
Mowing visits include:

• Mowing of the lawn to the desired height
• Trimming around the edges of the lawn in hard to reach places
• Blowing of all walks and areas where grass clippings are not desired

Late Summer and Fall Lawn Maintenance
Fall lawn maintenance includes more than just mowing and blowing of leaves. This is the time where you can prepare your lawn for the winter by giving it the nutrients it needs to start back up in the spring and also change the Ph that all the rainfall throughout the summer has caused. This time of year can also be used to over seed as long as it is done before September 15th and the weather is not to cold. Our late summer and fall lawn care program includes:

• Liming and fertilizing
• Aerating as needed
• Newly establishing seed lawn (no need to water when it’s raining)
